The ultimate challenge for people is filling the gap between their intentions and their actions.

The problem statement is that many people say they want to lose weight, have more quality time for themselves, lead healthier lifestyles, boost their prioritization aptitude, etc., but at the same time they miss workouts, overeat, mismanage time, stress out and only partially commit to doing what it takes to reach their goals.

My life’s work is to help people gain clarity regarding their true goals and what they are willing to do to reach them.

Don’t settle for less than you can be, do or achieve. Get clear on where you are and where you want to be.

My quest to help people experience long lasting physical and emotional transformation began as a young adult. As a teen, I struggled with compulsive over eating and low self-esteem. Through a personal practice combining self-analysis, affirmations, written personal commitment and exercise, I found I was able to create new habits of thought and action that enable me to live a life on my terms. My mission is to share these techniques with people all over the world. But, you have to make the decision to make a difference in your life, you must be committed.

How many of you are actually committed to living a life you love? How many times do you want to have the same New Years resolution? How many times do you want to lose the same 5 pounds?

Everything we do has an equal or similar reaction. Think about that…and think about the fact that we are what we repeatedly do. What are you repeatedly doing?
