INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1⁄2 cup natural peanut butter
1⁄4 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄3 cup honey, warmed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup dark choc chips
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a square baking tray with baking paper.

Food Process all ingredients, except choc chips, and puree until smooth. Add 1-2 tbs water to help loosen mixture a little and scrape down the sides. Pour batter into prepared tray, scatter over choc chips, and press gently over the surface.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until slice feels firm to touch and mixture is pulling away from the sides.
